Cassie Martin plays Sonata K386 by Scarlatti

Cassie Martin plays Sonata K 386 in F minor by Domenico Scarlatti (1685-1757), originally written for keyboard. Arrangement by Gerard Abiton. This comes via Siccas Guitars and their YouTube channel. Martin performs it on a 2019 Domenic Roscioli classical guitar. Amazing playing by Martin considering the difficulty level, not the easiest sonata one could choose with slightly thicker counterpoint than usual for Scarlatti guitar arrangement choices. The arrangement is kind of amazing too, it’s all over the place but seems to work out somehow. Although, her calm demeanour and left hand precision probably makes it look much easier than it is.
