Gaspar Sanz (1640-1710) was a Spanish composer and Baroque guitarist. These works are originally for Baroque guitar so some small arranging does occur due to the tuning and string sets as well as forming notation from the Italian tablature. That said, I try to emphasize the lighter texture of the originals whenever possible and alter as little as possible.
Approximate levels depending on tempo, ornamentation, and period performance practice. All are considered mature works to be played by pros and students alike.
