Matthew McAllister plays Scottish Lute Pieces

Another beautiful set of Scottish Lute works from the excellent Matthew McAllister. A musical and thoughtful player of the highest level, McAllister is one of a small handful of guitarists that are really able to make me love listening to the classical guitar. Plus, the Scottish tunes are right up his alley making it a great project.

Classical Guitarist Matthew McAllister performing 4 Scottish Lute Pieces in the beautiful setting of Port of Menteith Church by the Lake of Menteith in Scotland. The guitar is made by the Scottish Luthier Michael Ritchie. The film was made by Stuart Macinnes.
