Spanish guitarist Anabel Montesinos performs Preludio in E Major by Manuel Ponce (1882-1948). This comes via Altamira Guitars and their YouTube channel. This work was inspired by Baroque music, Bach and Weiss in particular with a whole story of false attribution in connection with Segovia’s performances and commissioning of the work. Great performance by Montesinos with crisp articulations and rhythmic momentum.
