Canción de cuna (Berceuse) by Leo Brouwer

Cuban guitarist Alí Arango plays Canción de cuna (Berceuse), after Drume negrita by Emilio Grenet from Dos temas populares cubanos by Leo Brouwer (b.1939). This comes via Alí Arango’s great Youtube Channel and played on La Invencible Antonio de Torres. Beautiful piece and nicely played by Alí Arango who has often recieved high praise from Brouwer himself, “Since being awarded at the Guitar Festival of Havana, at a very young age, he has maintained a very high level as a soloist. I still remember his interpretations of my Sonata, the Concierto elegiac, and…[more]”.
