Gnossienne No.1 for Piano by Erik Satie (1866-1925) has the dedication à Roland Manuel. As with the Gymnopédies, the tempos are fairly relaxed with this one marked as Lent. The Gnossiennes, for which there are six, mainly in free time (without a time signatures or measures) and for the era experimental with form and structure.
