Interview with David Tanenbaum

A great interview with David Tanenbaum. This comes via Strings by Mail and their YouTube channel in collaboration with tonebase. If you are not familiar with Tanenbaum, you should be! He is a champion of new music and the guitar, a wonderful recording artist, performer, and teacher. David Tanenbaum is currently Chair of the Guitar Department at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where he received the 1995 Outstanding Professor Award, and he has been Artist-In-Residence at the Manhattan School of Music.

Help Support the Site

Support the site. You're reading one of the most popular independent classical guitar publications online. The website, newsletter, and lessons are available to everyone for free. But it’s difficult and expensive work. Corporations and social media have caused falling revenues across the web making it increasingly challenging for independent publishers. If you value the website, newsletter, free lessons, or sheet music, please consider offering your support to keep its future sustainable and secure. – Bradford Werner
