Play Piazzolla for Classical Guitar

play-piazzolla

This book of Astor Piazzolla arrangments by Gary Ryan is super popular in my studio. The arrangements sound great slow or fast but are only rarely awkward or difficult. Although the book is for what Ryan calls ‘easy guitar’ be aware that these are certainly not for early beginners. The one I play here ‘Ouverture’ is one of the tricker selections but could be played successfully at a slower tempo if needed.
