I just wanted to share the D’Addario Foundation’s 5th Annual Classical Guitar Performance Series on October 23 at Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall @ 8pm.
This installment of the series will showcase the Carnegie Hall debut of two young classical guitarists, Anton Baranov, the 2013 Guitar Foundation of America competition winner, and Chiawei Lin, the 2013 Koblenz International Competition winner. The artists’ wide-ranging programs include numerous New York premiere performances: Pasieczny’s The Tango Impressisons, Moscardini’s Suburbio (Chiawei Lin), and Smirnov’s St. Petersburg Etchings (Anton Baranov).
