I’ve featured Tariq Harb on Classical Guitar Canada on many occasions but rarely here on this is classical guitar. He’s excellent and certainly a one of my favorite upcoming professional guitarists who’s been taking competitions by storm. He also has a great YouTube channel where he posts more than anyone else!
Mauro Giuliani: Gran Sonata Eroica, Op.150
Guitarist Tariq Harb plays exclusively for CBC Radio 2 in a live recording session at the Glenn Gould studios in Toronto, Canada. This is a virtuosic piece called “Gran Sonata Eroica” by the Italian 19th century guitarist and composer, Mauro Giuliani.
