Lesson: Left hand Position Playing and Practice

A left hand lesson on practicing in position blocks to organize the left hand and make pieces easier for classical guitar. Practicing pieces in position blocks is great because playing in position is generally easy. It’s shifting from one position to another that usually throws off classical guitar students. Make each section of your music super easy first and then just focus on the shifts. 1. Really helpful. I often think this way when doing scales in a piece (ex. the opening of Capricho Arabe) but applying it to all parts of a piece makes a lot of sense. Thanks.
