Waltz, Op.241, No.21 by Ferdinando Carulli (1770-1841). This is a nice and exciting arpeggio work with a strong melody embedded in the texture. The first section is in E minor and the second in G major. The shapes are fairly easy but it sounds more advanced since it is very active. In the lesson I talk about the melody, balance, texture, right hand fingering and phrasing.

  1. This was one of the first pieces my current teacher showed me! I was getting electric guitar lessons and she suggested it to round out my skills. Love it.
