This is a lesson from my eBook: Easy Classical Guitar Pieces- Volume OnePDF Download with Notation & Notation + TAB Edition. 15 Easy Songs Ranging from Renaissance to Romantic, Fingering, Online Video Lessons for Each Piece, Approximate Grade Level: Post-Method Book to Grade 3

Romance by Francesco Molino (1768-1847). Although Molino is close in dates to Carulli, I’ve placed him in the Romantic era due to the musical language of this particular piece. This Romance has a nice melody and arpeggiated accompaniment. Make sure to phrase and shape the melody and have it come out more than the accompaniment and bass. From loudest to softest: melody – bass – accompaniment. A bit more rubato can be used here for expressive effect.
