Mamedkuliev is the 2012 GFA winner. The 2013 winner was also Russian, Anton Baranov. Nice work on the guitar front Russia, invasions are welcome in this case…not so much on other fronts Putin! I mean, Putin needs to just chillax and play some guitar…
