Fernando Sor’s Op.60 is one of the most famous etude collections in the classical guitar repertoire. Each study covers a different pedagogical concept but the primary goal of the collection as a whole is the ability to play legato across various textures.

    Your comment in the score on page 19 is actually incorrect, Bradley … I think. The pitch is actually one D higher than the one notated (so, two octaves higher that open 4th).

    • Oh, my comment is that it is one octave higher than the written pitch. So yes, two octaves higher than the 4th string open. All of this in the context of the octave treble clef of course.
